A Map of the Canyon, Wrapped Around Your Phone
Look closely at the dark-blue field and the squiggly lines stop being decoration. They're a topographical map — the elevation contours of Mulholland Drive, the twisting ribbon of road that snakes through the Santa Monica Mountains above Los Angeles. This is the livery Singer Vehicle Design wrapped around a reimagined air-cooled Porsche 911, and it remains one of the most talked-about paint schemes the Sun Valley restomod shop has ever built.
Mulholland earned its reputation in the 1960s and '70s as the place LA's late-night racers went to test themselves against the canyon's blind crests and switchbacks. Singer's tribute leans into that history — built on a 964-generation 911 and shown at Luftgekühlt, the air-cooled Porsche gathering, the contour lines and the fixed rear wing read like a love letter to a road that's been chased after dark for half a century.
We took that idea and put it where you'll actually see it every day. The deep navy, the topo lines, the single sweep of orange tracing the road itself — it's a piece of car culture you carry, not a poster you hang. If you know what those lines mean, that's the whole point.
