Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DizzyCase! We take pride in ensuring that every order is carefully packed and shipped with reliable international partners.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide through trusted logistics networks. Orders are handled by international couriers with end-to-end tracking. Transit times vary depending on destination:

  • 🇺🇸 North America: 7–15 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 8–18 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Oceania & Asia: 6–12 business days
  • 🌍 Other regions: 10–25 business days

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to follow the entire delivery journey from dispatch to arrival.

Carriers
We work with premium international logistics partners to ensure fast and secure delivery. Once the package arrives in your country, it will be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery (e.g., USPS for the US, Royal Mail for the UK, Deutsche Post for Germany, etc.)

Shipping Coverage
We currently offer worldwide delivery to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to certain regions affected by international restrictions or conflicts, including Russia, Ukraine, and Israel.

Customs & Duties
Some countries may apply import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and DizzyCase is not liable for delays or costs caused by local customs procedures.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 30 days, please contact us at support@dizzycase.com. We’ll help investigate and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund according to our policy.

Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple items are usually shipped together in one package for convenience and tracking efficiency.
